Pay attention to teacher

Austria from Hetalia~! I got bored and then i remembered, my old teacher for history was jealous that i gave my math teacher a picture but not him. So he asked me to make him a picture last time i saw him (yesterday) But i didn't have enough time to even scribble him a few sketches, so he said for me to email him a picture that i did on the computer and this is it. (i suppose) I tried drawing Teddy Roosevelt and failed miserably, then America and England and then that failed as well. So I just kind of drew Austria and this is what happened...
